Return Policy
We want your pet to be as snug and cosy as possible, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
Here's how our returns process works:
- All items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returns must be made within 28 days of your order date.

To initiate a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Email us at sales@snugandcosypets.com with the reason for your return.
- Please arrange a courier to return the item to us.
- Once shipped, email us the tracking details so we can keep an eye out for your return.
Returns of Unwanted Items:
In the event that a customer chooses to return an item for reasons other than defect or damage, the cost of return shipping shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Returns Due to Defects or Damage:
Where an item is found to be defective, damaged, or affected by a manufacturing fault, the seller shall assume full responsibility for the cost of return shipping.
