We want your pet to be as snug and cosy as possible, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Conditions
  • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Original packaging should be retained where possible.

Exceptions
The cancellation right does not apply to:
  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Goods made to the customer's specifications.
  • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be:
  • Of satisfactory quality.
  • Fit for purpose.
  • As described.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
Within 30 Days of Delivery
You are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund. We will also cover any reasonable return or collection costs. 
  1. Email us at sales@snugandcosypets.com with the reason for your return.
  2. Please arrange a courier to return the item to us.
  3. Once shipped, email us the tracking details so we can keep an eye out for your return.

Disclaimer

*Please note, all returns will need to be quality checked before a refund is processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days. If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to reach out! We're here to ensure your furry friend stays comfy, even if you need to return their bed.

T&C SUMMER SNUGGLE STARS COMPETITION

These Terms & Conditions apply to the
SUMMER SNUGGLE STARS Competition run by Snug & Cosy Pets.
By entering this competition, you agree to the terms below.
1. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a creative video of their dog interacting with a dog bed.
The video should clearly show the dog using, playing with, relaxing on, jumping into, snuggling in, or otherwise interacting with the bed.
Videos can be submitted by:
No order number is required to enter.
2. Valid Entries
A valid entry must:
  • include a dog interacting with a dog bed;
  • be creative, clear, and suitable for sharing publicly;
  • be submitted by the person who owns the video or has permission to submit it;
  • not include offensive, unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate content;
  • not include music, images, logos, or other content that the entrant does not have permission to use.
Snug & Cosy Pets reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet these requirements.
3. Entry Reward: 20% Discount Code
Every valid entry will receive a unique 20% discount code for one future order.
The discount code:
  • can be used at checkout;
  • is valid for one use only;
  • cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion;
  • has no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for money.
Snug & Cosy Pets will reply to valid entries by Instagram direct message or email with the discount code.
4. Instagram Upload and Voting
Valid entry videos may be uploaded to the official Snug & Cosy Pets Instagram account.
The winner will be chosen based on the video that receives the highest number of likes on the official Snug & Cosy Pets Instagram post.
Only likes on the original Instagram post uploaded by Snug & Cosy Pets will count.
The following will not count as votes:
  • comments;
  • shares;
  • saves;
  • story reactions;
  • direct messages;
  • likes on reposts;
  • likes on screenshots or shared versions of the video.
Likes will be counted until 5pm UK time on 31 July 2026.
The winner will be selected on 31 July 2026.
5. Prize
One winner will win their next bed on us in the form of a £100 voucher code to spend in the Snug & Cosy Pets store.
The voucher code:
  • will be sent to the winner by Instagram direct message or email;
  • can be used at checkout;
  • can be used toward products available in the Snug & Cosy Pets store;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
If the order value is less than £100, no cash difference will be given.
If the order value is more than £100, the winner will need to pay the remaining balance.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be the valid entry video with the highest number of likes on the official Snug & Cosy Pets Instagram post by 5pm UK time on 31 July 2026.
Snug & Cosy Pets reserves the right to remove entries or votes that appear to be fake, automated, paid for, duplicated, or suspicious.
In the event of a tie, Snug & Cosy Pets will select the winner from the tied entries based on the earliest valid video submission and how clearly the product is shown in the video.
7. Winner Announcement and Contact
The winner will be announced on or after 31 July 2026 on the Snug & Cosy Pets Instagram account.
The winner will also be contacted by Instagram direct message or email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Snug & Cosy Pets reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries.
8. Permission to Use Submitted Videos
By entering, participants confirm that the video is their own or that they have permission to submit it.
By submitting a video, participants grant Snug & Cosy Pets permission to upload, use, edit, repost, and share the submitted video for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Instagram;
  • social media;
  • the Snug & Cosy Pets website;
  • email marketing;
  • paid advertising;
  • promotional materials.
This permission is granted free of charge and without the need for further approval from the participant.
9. Personal Information
Snug & Cosy Pets will use the participant’s contact details only for the purpose of managing the competition, sending discount codes, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to Snug & Cosy Pets and not to Instagram.
11. General
Snug & Cosy Pets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Snug & Cosy Pets’ decision is final in relation to valid entries, vote counting, tie-break decisions, and winner selection.
