Machine Washable – Simply machine wash cold on delicate and hang to dry. If the bed has faux fur, use a pet care brush with widely spaced metal bristles (this kind of brush is called a slicker brush). Brush and fluff carefully so you don't damage the faux fur's fabric.

Exchanging and item/order

Should you wish to return an item for exchange, we need to be made aware of this within 7 working days of you receiving the goods by email to Sales@snugandcosypets.com.

Goods for exchange can only be accepted if the original order was placed directly with us through our website snugandcosypets.com.

Please note that goods which are not in a re-saleable condition, have been used or show signs of excessive handling will not be accepted unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.

Any item that requires return for reasons apart from fault or damaged will be chargeable at £4.99 unless returned back to sender at individuals own cost.

Returning an Order for a refund

Should you wish to return any item for a refund, the item must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

We will then provide a refund or exchange as long as the returned item meets our terms of return as sited above.

Please note that refunds will only be actioned once the item has been received on to our premises and has been inspected by a dedicated member of our team. This task can take up to 10 days to complete and refund to be sanctioned but in most cases sooner.

Returning a Faulty item

if an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact our support team on Sales@snugandcosypets.com, we will then be able to advise on if we can replace or exchange the item in question,

After 30 days we will repair replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping is free for orders over £50.00

for orders under £50 a shipping carriage of £4.99 will be added at checkout.

Your product will be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch and delivery updates provided to contact details advised when completing order.
